On November 16, 2023, the International Relations & ASEAN Affairs Division organised the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between Kamphaneg Phet Rajabhat University and Xishuangbanna Vocation & Technical University, China, under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sombat Noparak, Chairman of the University Council, Asst. Prof. Dr. Preeyanuch Prompasit, Acting President, Committee of the University Council, University Administration, Staff and Students at 9th Floor, Building of the President, Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat, Kingdom of Thailand. 

Delegations from Xishuangbanna Vocation & Technical University, China, led by Mr. Li Zhonghai, Party Secretary of Xishuangbanna Vocational and Technical University, Ms. Pu Guangqiong, Dean of the Faculty of International Communication and Director of the Office of Foreign Cooperation and Exchange, Mr. Deng Bo, Deputy Director of the Department of Education Administration, and Ms. Wang Hui, English teacher/staff member of the Office of Foreign Cooperation and Exchange.

       On May 19^th, 2022, 05.54 pm, His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn and Her Majesty Queen Suthida granted a public audience for presidents of Rajabhat Universities, who won the awards on the Commencement Ceremony Competition of All Universities : year 2016-2017, to receive the awards.
        In this regard, Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University, by Asst. Prof. Preeyanuch Prompasit, Ph.D., Acting President, received the wining award on Outstanding Reading/Clear Tone/Accurate Character/Not Sleepy of Northern Rajabhat University Group
